Catco Group guarantees a safe and punctual shipping service in over 150 countries worldwide thanks to a careful selection of partners, couriers and international forwarding agents. The selection also includes specialized international freight couriers for furniture items, bulky orders and jewellery, so that everything arrives in perfect condition and on time.
 
Shipping

Shipping costs may be charged to the customer. In this case, they are calculated in the order summary at check out before your payment confirmation.

Once you have made a purchase, you will receive an email with the summary and all the order's details.

If you have changed your mind right after the order or within 24hrs, we can still cancel the order and send you a refund. Contact with the utmost urgency our dgitalartsdecor@catcogroup.com

Shipping time (time for the producer to make the product ready to be shipped) is listed on each product description page.

Delivery Time varies according to the delivery area.

Total Shipping Time = Shipping Times + Delivery time

Products in the same order will be shipped separately according to each Shipping Time. 

Several items are available and ready to ship in 24h/48h; others are made to order or customised. We recommend that you always check the information on shipping times in the product sheet.

Customised or handcrafted products may require longer delivery times, which Customer Care will estimate. We will keep you updated during the processing and inform you when your item is ready to be shipped.

Shipping Methods

DIGITALARTS.COM usually carries out curb-side deliveries.

If you are interested in the White-Glove Service for deliveries to the front door and/or assembly and handling large oversized items, please contact digitalartsdecor@catcogroup.com

DIGITALARTS.COM  ensures all deliveries against theft and damage from accidents. Once the delivery is picked up and confirmed by signature, the insurance coverage expires.

For bulky deliveries, we will choose the freight forwarder who can meet our required quality standards. Also, in this case, you can track your shipping status. 

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email from DIGITALARTS.COM  and carrier with the tracking number and a link to check your shipping status.

DIGITALARTS.COM  ships to all parts of the European Union. All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by national customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items. 

The National Custom Office, thorough the courier, will inform you the cost about taxes and duties to be paid before delivery.

CATCO GROUP is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or due to force major beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

With Catco Group, customers are guaranteed the opportunity to return the purchased items free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date in case of defects and damages occurred during transportation and if you enforce the right of withdrawal. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or handcrafted products, made to order products, vintage products or high jewelry with the exception of products that bear damages or imperfections.

In order to take advantage of free shipping for returned items, the shipment must be made with the courier chosen by Catco Group.

To start the return procedure, contact our Customer Care service by writing an email to digitalartsdecor@catcogroup.com within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive the products

Refunds

Once your item has been returned, verified and the claim validated, you will receive the due refund via the same payment method chosen at your check out, including standard shipping costs.
